JTCH50 Through-holes Cubic Screw Jack Features
1. Lifting Force 50kN.
2. Lifting screw diameter 40 mm, pitch 7 mm. Gearbox sizes 180x145x117mm. Center height 58.5mm, center distance 63mm. Worm shaft diameter 20mm
3. Gear ratios 1/7, 1/14, 1/28.
4. Translating screw, rotating screw with copper traveling nut, anti-rotation keyed screw configurations in upright or inverted mounting orientation.
5. Precision positioning, self-locking acme lifting screw which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Hand-operated screw jack by handle or crank, motorised screw jack by 3-phase or single phase motor or gear motor.
7. Lifting screw length / stroke are custom made.
8. Lifting screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head etc.
9. Individually or multiple jtch50 through holes cubic screw jack lift system arrangements are available.
