Cast Iron Hand Wheel

A cast iron hand wheel is a convenient solution for manual operation screw jack or lightweight screw jack lift systems. They are mounted directly to the jack input shafts(worm). Can be adapted for use on self locking screw jacks from 250kg up to the 20 ton load capacity model. The cast iron hand wheels are available in a range of diameters such as 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 320mm, 400mm, larger diameters handwheels, please consult us. Without customers special requirements, the standard hand wheels with cast iron materials. Special hand wheels materials must be marked in the orders. For smallest jacks, lobe knob is available too. Note: cast iron hand wheels do not include a brake and therefore can not use with ball screw jacks. When using cast iron hand wheel with a ball screw jack that can backdrive, an additional locking mechanism may be required to prevent creep.
