JT-3T Acme Screw Jack Features
1. Static load capacity maximum 3 ton, dynamic load capacity maximum 2 ton.
2. Lift screw diameter 32 mm, pitch 6 mm. Gearbox sizes 156x110x130mm. Center height 50mm, center distance 40mm. Worm shaft diameter 18mm.
3. Three worm gear ratios 1/6, 1/12, 1/24.
4. Translating screw, rotating screw with bronze acme nut, anti rotating keyed screw configurations in upright or inverted mounting orientation.
5. Accurate positioning, self-locking acme screw which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Manually operated screw jack by hand wheel or hand crank, electrically screw jack by electric motor or gearmotor driven, or both.
7. 3-phase or single phase motor driven with 1500 rpm input, standard lifting speed 1500 mm/min, 750 mm/min and 375 mm/min. 
8. No standard lift screw stroke, all lift screw travel length is processed according customers requirements. Under max. compression load, without guides, maximum 250 mm stroke, with guides maximum 500 mm stroke. Under a tension load, maximum 1500 mm stroke. 
9. Lift screw end fittings include top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head etc.
10. Individually or multiple jt-3t acme screw jack lift system arrangements are available.
