JTH10 Compact Screw Jack with Through Holes Features
1. Maximum static load capacity 10 kN.
2. Lifting screw diameter 22 mm, pitch 5 mm. Gearbox sizes 110x100x76mm. Center height 38mm, center distance 30mm. Worm diameter 44mm
3. Highest ratio 1/5, Medium ratio 1/16, Slowest ratio 1/20.
4. Translating, Rotating(copper lifting nut), and Keyed(non rotation) screw configurations in upright or inverted mount.
5. Positioning accuracy, Uniform lifting speed, and Self locking which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism or other locking systems.
6. For manual operation of compact screw jacks, choose from these cast iron hand wheels with chrome plating or aluminum alloy. For motor power driven of compact screw jack, choose from these AC motor, gearmotor, Dc motor, Servo motor, Stepper motor by Flange adaptors.
7. There are no "standard" travel lengths (each Worm Gear Screw Jack is built to specification).
8. Lifting screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head etc.
9. Compact worm gear screw jacks (cubical) can be used as either single drive units or multi lifting systems with bevel gearboxes, electric motor, geared motor, couplings, connecting shafts, bearing blocks, and standard motor flanges etc.
