JTG15 Bevel Gear Acme Screw Jack Features
1. Maximum static load capacity 800 kg. Maximum dynamic load capacity 400 kg.2. Lift screw sizes: ACME screw Tr 20x4.
3. Bevel gears ratio 2:1, efficiency up to 36%.
4. Translating, Rotating and Anti-rotation Keyed screw configurations, available in upright and inverted mount.
5. Positioning accuracy, Uniform lifting speed, with self locking ACME screw which supports the loads and hold position, no need to employ brake motor mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Available in manual operation, also electric motor driven.
7. There are no "standard" travel lengths (each bevel gear machine screw jack is built to specification).
8. Lifting screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, rod end, forked head etc.
9. Single unit use, or complete jacking system including gear motors, bevel gearboxes, connecting shafts and couplings for dual or multiple jack arrangements.
