JTC25 Cubic Screw Jack Features
1. Lifting Force 25kN. Under max. lifting force, drive torque high speed 13.88Nm, low speed 4.45Nm.
2. Acme screw diameter 30 mm, pitch 6 mm. Gearbox sizes 130x105x82mm. Center height 41mm, center distance 45mm. Worm shaft diameter 16mm.
3. High gear ratio 1/6, low gear ratio 1/24.
4. Translating screw, rotating screw with copper traveling nut, anti-rotation keyed screw configurations in upright or inverted mounting orientation.
5. Precision positioning, self-locking acme screw which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism or other locking systems.
6. Hand-operated screw jack by handle or crank, motorised screw jack by 3-phase or single phase motor or gear motor.
7. No standard acme screw travel length, all acme screw travel length is processed according customers requirements.
8. Amce screw end fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head etc.
9. Individually or multiple jtc25 cubic screw jack lift system arrangements are available.

* Gear Ratios: H: high ratio, L: slow ratio.
* Nm: Input torque required, kW: Input power required.
