Screw jacks MA25 with 1-start acme screw Tr 30x6. With 2-starts acme screw Tr 30x12 (P6). Load capacity (push - pull) 25 kN. Worm gear centre distance 50 mm, centre height 63 mm. Gearbox ratio 1:6, 1:18, 1:24. High precision worm gearbox mounting holes distance 140x100 mm. Gearbox housing shape for a better heat dissipation. 

There are two versions: acme screw jacks with travelling screw, and acme screw jacks with travelling nut. Acme screw jacks recommended for intermittent duty cycle, they are ideal for industrial and automation applications in general and are used in the most varied application sectors such as heavy mechanical applications, steel mills, sheet metal production and processing, pipes and tubes production, metal wire, marble, wood, stone, glass processing machines, printing and converting machines, presses for rubber and plastic production, telecommunications, naval and railway sectors. Also available for applications in the food and beverage industry.

These screw jacks transform a rotary motion from an electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor or even manual operation into a linear movement in a vertical (push-pull lifting) or horizontal position. Screw jacks can be installed as a single unit or in lifting systems with different layouts connected by connecting shafts, couplings and bevel gearboxes. Screw jacks enable the synchronized constant movement of lifting systems even with a varying load.
