A wheel handle gear jack is composed of a wheel handle and a gear jack. For manual operation applications, available in low duty cycle, light weight, and short travel length(stroke). It is ideal solutions for applications where electricity or power generators is inconvenient or dangerous. If must be not backdriving, a wheel handle machine screw jack with self locking is the best choice. If must be wheel handle ball screw jack with high precision, locking mechanisms need to be considered.
A manual screw jack is consist of a hand wheel and a complete worm gear screw jack. The screw jack makes it possible to transform the rotary motion provided by a handwheel, into linear motion that allows push or pull vertical lifting and horizontal positioning. They can be used to lift, pull, move, or align any type of load with perfect synchronism, which is difficult to achieve with other types of actuators.They can be applied either with vertical mountings facingup or down, or with horizontal mountings.
Cast Iron Handwheel Diameter 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 400mm, larger diameter handwheel is available, please consult JACTON Industry. The recommended screw jack with 0.25 ton, 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 2.5 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton, 20 ton capacities are available in matching cast iron handwheel for hand-operation application.
Aluminum Handwheel with Folding Handle Diameter 125mm, 160mm and 200mm. The recommend screw jack 0.25 ton, 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 2.5 ton, 5 ton capacities are available in matching aluminum handwheel for hand-operation application.
In order to precise position display of the travel length, the worm shaft adds a digital position indicator which measures the rotation and display a corresponding position in a counter window. There are three sizes position indicators: 04 series position indicator 4 numbers with 14mm hollow shaft, 09 series position indicator 5 numbers with 20mm hollow shaft, 10 series position indicator 5 numbers with 25mm or 30mm hollow shaft. Note: inapplicable motorized screw jacks.
