Two Lifting Points Systems

It is possible to link two or more screw jacks by shafts, couplings and bevel gear boxes so that the lifting and lowering operations of all the screw jacks are perfectly synchronized. Even when loads are not evenly distributed, the screw jacks will ensure a perfectly synchronized movement of the load. It is the type that the bevel gear box is connected directly to the product. As you can position input shaft at right angle to the standard input shaft direction, it is useful to connect many devices. Don't add the over hung load on the input shaft of bevel gear side.  



Two Lifting Points Systems Configurations
* I - configuration: 2pcs worm gear screw jacks+3pcs couplings+1pc motor/reducer (electrically) or 1pc hand wheel (manually) .
* L - configuration: 2pcs worm gear screw jacks+4pcs couplings+1pc miter gearbox+1pc motor/reducer (electrically) or 1pc hand wheel (manually) .
* T - configuration: 2pcs worm gear screw jacks+5pcs couplings+1pc miter gearbox+1pc motor/reducer (electrically) or 1pc hand wheel (manually) .
* TI - configuration: 2pcs worm gear screw jacks+5pcs couplings+1pc miter gearbox+1pc motor/reducer (electrically) or 1pc hand wheel (manually) .
Note: When connecting shafts length is exceed maximum distance of between supports, Pillow blocks are required.
