Hand crank desk lift mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.
Important Note: Connecting rod length 36", 43", 48", 52", 60". Can be customized.
Important Note: Height adjustment 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20". Can be customized.
Important Note: Handwheel diameter 6", 8", 10", 12", 16".

* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
Screw jacks come assembled, threaded, and ready for hookup. Connect a motor or hand-crank shaft to the screw jack shaft to lift, hold, position, and level loads.
Manual or optional working speed of screw jacks is chosen according to the table above. As for screw jacks that will be used for motors or reducers, the progress pace, X and Y type, will be determined by our company according to the selected features.
Hand wheels in a variety of diameters. They are recommended for self-locking jacks and actuators and can be mounted directly to the jack input shaft. Since hand wheels are are mounted directly onto jacks and actuators and specified as part of the complete jack part number. Their specific selection is dependent on input torque requirements.
