Manual Worm Gear Table Lift for Vintage Industrial Iron Crank Dining Table, Crank Table Base Lift Mechanism, Adjustable Height Hand Cranked Desk. Hand crank height adjustable table lift mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.
Important Note: Connecting rod length 36", 43", 48", 52", 60". Can be customized.
Important Note: Height adjustment 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20". Can be customized.
Important Note: Handwheel diameter 6", 8", 10", 12", 16".

* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
The screw jack makes it possible to transform the rotary motion provided by an electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic motor or even a handwheel, into linear motion that allows push or pull vertical lifting and horizontal positioning. They can be used to lift, pull, move, or align any type of load with perfect synchronism, which is difficult to achieve with other types of actuators. They can be applied either with vertical mountings facing up or down, or with horizontal mountings.
The screw jack is a device for lifting heavy loads by applying comparatively small at its handle. If the free shaft end of the motor is used as shaft for a slip-on emergency hand wheel, a device will be required that interrupts the power supply before the crank engages.
Screw jacks come assembled, threaded, and ready for hookup. Connect a motor or hand-crank shaft to the screw jack shaft to lift, hold, position, and level loads.
