Micro screw jack actuators have been used in headbox slice lip profiling applications.
Micro screw jack actuators have been used in headbox slice lip profiling applications. Suitable for slow and fine adjustments. Standard Jacks are self-locking, for non vibrating applications. Screw Jacks complete with greaser nipples. Standard models, without Anti-Rotation device, require the end of the Worm Screw to be held in position to prevent rotation.

The micro lifting jack with trapezoidal-threaded spindle produce a stroke of 0.8 mm for each full revolution of the worm shaft. Accordingly the linear speed is 1200 mm per min at 1500 rpm.
The light duty self locking gear boxes screw jacks with trapezoidal-threaded spindle produce a stroke of 0.2 mm for each full revolution of the worm shaft. Accordingly the linear speed is 300 mm per min at 1500 rpm. Please note that higher speeds of travel can be achieved by using spindles with larger thread pitches or multi-start threads.

Standard cubic small diameter long travel screw jacks, optimise the concept of converting a rotary movement into a linear movement. As well as the cubic housing form being esthetically pleasing, the modular design of the screw jack is compact and robust.
The advantage of the cubic acme threaded mini jack design is that by minimising the number of required components, their effectiveness is maximised. Relatively large lifting and moving forces can be absorbed whilst maintaining space-efficiency. The worm gear functions as the drive component. The robust trapezoidal spindle provides the output.
All small worm screw shaft for jacking jacks are available in the basic version and the travelling nut version and can be supplied with either an upright or inverted spindle. Standard cubic screw jacks are supplied with trapezoidal spindles in material C45.
