We are manufacture and sale Manual Worm Gear Screw Jacks Lightweight Screw Jacks Industrial Vintage Cast Iron Crank Dining Crank Table Base, Hand wheel screw lift mechanism for crank table. hand crank screw drive lift tables mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.

Screw Jacks are manufactured in the standard configuration Upright/Inverted Translating Screw with male, female Screw end or top plate, Upright/Inverted Rotating Screw with flanged nut. We do not have standard Work Screw length and each Screw Jack is manufactured following specific requirements. Screw Jacks are produced with the following characteristics:
* Trapezoidal Work Screw or Ball Screw.
* Worm Screw or two pinions Bevel Gears.
* Manual or motor operation.
* Combined with hydraulic cylinders.
* Special types for tailored applications.
* Standard execution foreseen screw jacks with Work Screw and Worm Screw with RIGHT thread. On request screw jack worm screw can be LEFT thread.
* NOTE: Mechanical screw jacks are not to be used for personnel support or movement.
Operation can be either manual or motorized. Screw Jack can be used as single units, in dual or multiple arrangements. Motion uniformity is warranted also when operating multiple Jacks of different sizes with uneven load distribution.
