Manufacture and Sale Manual Worm Screw Jack Actuator Crank Table Mechanism Hand Crank Table Lift Mechanism, Manual Screw Jacks | Adjustable And Light Weight. Hand crank self locking lift table jacking mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.
Important Note: Connecting rod length 36", 43", 48", 52", 60". Can be customized.
Important Note: Height adjustment 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20". Can be customized.

* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.

The screw jacks are utilized in various applications where there is a need for accurate lifting, lowering, pulling or pushing. Manually or electrically-operated versions are also available, with capacities up to 1000 kn and a spindle length of 10 meters. Mechanical jacks are absolutely irreversible, meaning they can support their loads with no need to employ brakes or other locking systems. The screw jacks can be deployed individually, or in groups connected properly with shafts, joints, and/or bevel gear boxes. They can be driven by electrical motors, with either alternating or direct current, as well as hydraulic or pneumatic motors. They can be driven manually, or with any other type of transmission. All screw jacks are available in a basic version and a travelling nut version, and can be supplied with either an upright or inverted spindle.
