We are manufacture and sale Hand Wheel Manual Screw Jack Metal Riveted Crank Table Base Longest Dining Tables, hand wheel worm gear screw jack, hand operated screw jack lifting mechanism. hand crank worm gear driven table system lifting mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.

Machine Screw Jack Features:
Self-locking characteristic: Since it has a self-locking function due to the adoption of trapezoidal thread of an optimum lead, this screw jack does not need any braking mechanism in the driving shaft system.
Fixed quantity operating characteristic: This screw jack permits fixed quantity operation because the adoption of high-accuracy worm and screw makes it possible to obtain a lifting screw lead proportionated to the amount of rotation of the input shaft. Anti-backlash type is also available for uses in which hysteresis must be avoided.
Interlocking characteristic: Since the input shaft of this fixed quantity operation machine is of the "through" construction, it is possible to interlock many operation points at the same speed by connecting ma-chines of the same type.
Non pollution characteristic: The high-accuracy worm and screw are in smooth mesh and do not cause oil leakage. So this machine can be used even in a clean room.
Long-life characteristic: Making full use of the advantage of grease lubrication, the lifting screw is fed with only a small quantity of grease every time the machine is operated. This prevents the failure of lubrication and prolongs the service life. NOTE: Bevel gear-type screw jack specially designed for manual operation is also available.
MACHINE SCREW JACK DESIGNS
Translating Design Screw Jacks: A driven worm acts on an internal worm gear, which in turn drives a lifting screw to extend or retract. As the lifting screw translates through the body of the jack, inherent screw rotation is prevented by an attached load or mounting structure either of which is anchored to resist rotation.
Keyed Design Screw Jacks: Some loads do not prevent lifting screw rotation. These applications require a keyed jack. A key, fixed to the jack housing and inserted into a keyway milled into the lifting screw, forces the lifting screw to translate without rotating. Several dimensions of the keyed jack differ from the translating jack – check the keyed jack drawings for each jack model.
Keyed for Traveling Nut Screw Jacks: A keyed for traveling nut jack (sometimes referred to as a rotating screw jack) features a lifting screw keyed to the wormgear as a single unit, forcing the lifting screw to rotate, but not translate. A flanged traveling nut, attached to the load, is driven by the rotation of the lifting screw. This type of jack is ideal for applications that cannot accommodate a screw protection tube or that require a flush mount. Refer to the keyed for traveling nut dimensional drawings for each jack model.
