Four of the most popular system configurations are the H, U, T and I configured jacking systems. Note that multiple screw jacks can be linked together mechanically or electrically. The latter is useful if there is no space for linking drive shafts.
Motorised Screw Jack can be used as linear motors, linear actuators, or mechanical lifts depending on type of motion. They can be used to push, pull, tension, lock, unlock, tilt, pivot, roll, slide and lift or lower loads, anything from a few kilos to thousands of tonnes.
Right angle miniature spiral bevel gear with hollow keyed output shaft configurations available. Right-Angle mini spiral bevel gearbox. Aluminum Couplings provide the shaft to shaft connection between the driver and the driven components in screw jack lift system such as bevel gear boxes and screw jack gearboxes while at the same time transferring torque.
Overload safety couplings are used to reduce electric screw jack and motorized screw lifting system damage, repairs and downtime by acting as torque limiters and overload protection. In the event of excessive torque the safety function disengages and the motor gets separated from the motorized screw jack drive system.
