We are manufacture and sale Screw Lifting Mechanism Vintage Cast Iron Drafting Dining Table Base Industrial Crank Dining Table Base, Hand wheel screw jack for Crank Table or Desk. Hand crank worm drive lift system jacking mechanism includes two 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, four 2.5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base, and two 5 ton screw mechanisms for crank table base. All our screw mechanisms have self-locking function, don't require any lock mechanism, they will hold and stop any position without turning hand crank.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Small-Size, or Normal Table Base) is consist of two pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 200mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 2.5-Ton Kit with Four Lifting Points (Big, or Super-Big Table Base) is consist of four pieces 2.5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron), four pieces transmission gears, four pieces couplings and two piece connecting rods.
* Crank Screw Lift Mechanism 5-Ton Kit with Two Lifting Points (Normal, or Big Table Base) is consist of two pieces 5-ton screw mechanisms that support and adjust height, two pieces 300mm diameter handwheel (cast iron materials), two pieces couplings and one piece connecting rod.
Important Note: Avoid slow lifting speed, we provide double lead screw mechanism, which is two times faster than normal single lead screw mechanism.
Important Note: Connecting rod length 36", 43", 48", 52", 60". Can be customized.
Important Note: Height adjustment 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20". Can be customized.

Structured by a highly accurate worm gear and a trapezoid shaped screw shaft. Brakes not required for standard use.
Basic capacity: 10–1000kN
Can self-lock in any position within the stroke.
Screw shaft is made of carbon steel (right screw). We also offer ones with twist stopper key.
The speed reducer part uses grease lubrication, allowing smooth movements and long time use.
Variety of options like the bellows type protection of the screw shaft, hand wheel for manual operation, trunnion base, limit switch for control, and RC encoder.

Also known as screwjacks, these acme thread screw jacks are designed for general duties where force (0.5 to 100 tonnes) and stroke (up to 6m) are the key criteria.
Screw jacks are available in travelling screw and travelling nut designs. They have equal dynamic performance and the choice depends on your mounting/installation.
Standard options include electric motors, safety nuts, protective tubes, bellows, trunnion mounting, anti-turn, micro switches, wear detection and adjustable backlash.
