Micro Screw Jack

Micro screw jack is for precise lifting, lowering and pivoting of loads, and are, under normal operation, maintenance free. They are made with two design concepts: travelling screw and travelling nut. Both are based around a worm gearbox with cast housings in ductile iron or aluminum.

Micro Screw Jack Features

1. Maximum static load capacity 2.5kN.
2. Lifting screw diameter 14 mm, pitch 4 mm.
3. High gear ratio 1/5, low gear ratio 1/20.
4. travelling screw and travelling nut design.
5. Precision positioning, self-locking, which supports the loads and hold position with no need to employ brake mechanism.
6. Micro manual screw jack, micro motorized screw jack by small dc motor.
7. Custom-made travel length, all lifting screw stroke is produced according to customers requirements.
8. End fittings includes top plate (I), clevis end (II), plain end(III) and threaded end (IV). Custom made spherical hinge, forked head and rod end etc.
9. Individually or micro screw jack systems arrangements are available.
